About the event
Guide: Paula Courage of Find Your Alive
Dates: January 25, February 1st, or February 4th
Forest bathing is an opportunity to slow down and connect with nature. During our walk I will guide you through a series of sensory invitations so you can engage mindfully with the natural surroundings. This can incite curiosity and imagination, deepen or renew your relationship with nature, and allow you to benefit from the healing powers of the forest. To top it off, we finish around an open fire with a tea service steeped in locally foraged plants. So, dig out your warmest winter gear and let's get ready to visit the forest!
