Forest bathing is an opportunity to slow down and connect with nature. During our walk I will guide you through a series of sensory invitations so you can engage mindfully with the natural surroundings. This can incite curiosity and imagination, deepen or renew your relationship with nature, and allow you to soak up all the wonders of the boreal forest. To top it off, we finish with a tea service steeped in locally foraged plants.
