My name is Paula Courage. I am a certified Life Coach from Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I am also a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. I live in St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. I am also a primary/elementary French Immersion teacher with a Master of Education degree and have been teaching for 22 years. I love hiking, geocaching, paddleboarding, mountain biking, traveling and just about anything that gets me outside. That is where I feel most alive.
Overcoming fear is something I have learned firsthand. Fear used to guide the majority of my choices. For many years, I have been conquering them, one at a time.
My training has helped me to discover how to find my alive, harness it, and bring it into my daily awareness. It has helped me to appreciate how delicate and exciting life can be every single day when we act on our truth. My desire is to help you experience your fullest sense of aliveness - whatever that means to you.
When I met my husband and his last name was Courage, I eagerly took the name when we married. I had been looking for courage my whole life and graciously accepted it when it came to me in a name. Launching this practice was a courageous step for me. I am excited to be here and am ready to work with you.
