About the event
Investment: $85 (includes all three sessions)

Whether you have a goal in mind, or are curious about what may inspire you as you go through the process, this three-part workshop is designed for people who are ready to take that step. We will work through the process in a meaningful and productive way by building on each session. Results will be individualized, but there will be ample time for sharing. The event is capped at 12 people to ensure a supportive atmosphere. Registration is for all three sessions. Attendance for all three is required to maxmize your ability to set realisitic goals and to create the first steps needed to achieve them.
Session 1 (Jan. 29): Values Exercise
We will work through the process of discovering what your core values are.
Session 2 (Feb. 5): Setting Goals
We will set one or two goals that will be aligned with your values and create your own individualized timeline for completion.
Session 3 (Feb. 12): Modification/Confirmation
We will identify any obstacles in your way, strategize how to overcome them, and modify your goal plan accordingly.
At the end of the third session, you will be more aware of what truly motivates you, you will have at least one attainable goal, and will have commited to the first steps in getting there! Let's get going!
